All was perfect.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing Christmas stay. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the holiday festivities. Plus, the service was top, notch, with helpful staff ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Our check, in experience was disappointing. the receptionist seemed uninterested and gave us a room that didn't meet our request.

The underground train station is right next door, allowing for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with ample desk space and good lighting for business travelers. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-sized with a large, well-lit shower. The staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and the service in the lobby bar is great. a fantastic choice for a visit to the city.

The street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy due to the trolley running late at night.
